You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PH85 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. PH85 will never request your password through email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify PH85 support immediately. PH85 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account pending investigation.
PH85 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by PH85 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
PH85 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). PH85 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. PH85 may impose maximum deposit limits at its discretion, and players may also set their own deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings. Deposit limits set by the player take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory seven (7) day cooling-off period.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. PH85 targets same-day processing for all verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution involved.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Note: Any funds deposited into your PH85 account that are not derived from a legitimate payment source, or that are found to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct, will be forfeited and reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
PH85 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed.
PH85 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as promptly as reasonably practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PH85 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
PH85's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
PH85 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. PH85 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

PH85 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the PH85 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent PH85 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
